You can rent Tilliach by the week, or on request for a long weekend of at least two nights. A 30% deposit is due when you make your reservation. From that moment on, the house is reserved for you. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Then the house is all yours.

Cancel up to 90 days before arrival and you will receive your full deposit back; up to 60 days before arrival, half of it. For later cancellations we retain the deposit, and from 30 days before arrival the full rental amount.

Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. If you would like to arrive earlier or stay a little longer, just let us know. We’ll do our best to find a solution.

The rental price includes exclusive use of the entire house for 8 guests.

Over Christmas & New Year (15 December 2026 to 4 January 2027), the rate is €1,750 per night with a minimum stay of 7 nights.

For the rest of the year (6 January 2027 to 14 December 2027), the rate is €1,450 per night with a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Each additional guest is €100 per night, or €50 per night for children up to the age of 12. The more of you there are, the lower the price per person.

The whole house is yours. That means 12 bedrooms, two traditional lounges with tiled stoves, a library, wine cellar with wine lounge, professional kitchen, laundry room and ski and bike storage. You’ll also have your own spa area with a Finnish sauna, Turkish steam bath, hay bath and relaxation room, plus a garden and terrace with barbecue, fire bowl and chopped firewood.

Wi-Fi throughout the house, fresh bed linen, towels and kitchen linen, electricity, heating, hot and cold water are all included. Parking spaces and an e-bike charging station are available at the house. And on top of all that: as much fresh mountain air as you can take.

Final cleaning is charged once at €450. The local tourist tax is €2.60 per person per night. If you bring a dog, there is an additional charge of €100 per stay.

Any extras you enjoy during your stay, such as wine from the cellar, will be settled when you leave.

Tilliach is yours and yours alone. You always rent the entire house for your group and share it with no one but the people you choose to invite. There is room for up to 23 guests, including children.

Tilliach autarc retreat is self-catering. The fully equipped professional kitchen has everything ambitious cooks could need. If you would rather have someone cook for you, you can book our Private Chef Ernst Muhr. Please contact us well in advance, ideally at least 8 weeks before your stay.

Bring whatever you like to drink. You’ll also find a hand-picked selection of local and South Tyrolean wines in our wine cellar, available on an honesty basis. Simply choose what you fancy, make a note of it and we’ll settle the bill at the end of your stay.

Dogs are welcome at Tilliach. There is an additional charge of €100 per stay for your four-legged companion. Just let us know when you enquire so we know who’s coming along.

Tilliach is a non-smoking house. You are welcome to smoke outside on the terrace or in the garden.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the house: in the bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and spa area, wherever you need it.

Tilliach autarc retreat is perfectly equipped for groups: a 50 m² lounge and seminar room with projector, whiteboard and seating for 20 people, Wi-Fi throughout the house, traditional lounges for focused sessions and a garden for well-earned breaks. Good ideas come when there’s room to think.
